The Signature Cocktail of the 2018 Surfer Awards presented by PAU Maui Vodka.
1.50 oz PAU Maui Vodka
2.00 oz lemon Sour or Coconut Water
Top with Soda Water
Fill a shaker with ice and add the Vodka, Lemon Sour or Coconut Water. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with Lemon slice.
